Kyiv, 11 November 2017 – More than 40 NGOs working on city development issues discussed a concept of establishing a common NGO platform for strengthening the dialogue with the city authorities during a workshop “Discussion about an NGO Platform in Kyiv.” The event took place within the framework of implementation of the Council of Europe Project “Promoting civil participation in democratic decision-making in Ukraine”.
