Guide on Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights is now available in Ukrainian.

The Guide is part of the series of Case-Law Guides published by the European Court of Human Rights to inform legal practitioners about the fundamental judgments and decisions delivered by the European Court of Human Rights. This Guide analyses and sums up the case-law on Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights and provides the key principles in this area as well as the relevant precedents.

The document was translated within the framework of the Council of Europe Project “Human Rights Compliant Criminal Justice System in Ukraine”, which is part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2022.
