The Council of Europe is gradually implementing an electronic procurement system (e-Procurement) based on the created electronic procurement platform.

From 2027, ALL Council of Europe tenders will be carried out via e-Procurement, from April 2026 to January 2027, only tenders with a volume of EUR 55,000 or more will be subject to e-Procurement.

To be able to participate in Council of Europe tenders on the platform, it is necessary to register as a supplier on the page: https://eproc.coe.int/home
