Deepening knowledge in the field of personal data protection has become an important issue in Ukraine. This is evidenced by the intermediate results of the online training course "Personal Data Protection". In March-November 2021, 4,038 people registered for the course, 1991 of them received a certificate of completion.

In addition, during the same period, 1,702 people registered for a specialized course for in-depth study of personal data protection, and 1,112 of them received certificates.

The online courses were created by the Office of the Ukrainian Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights and the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine in the framework of the Joint Project "EU and Council of Europe working together to strengthen the Ombudsperson’s capacity to protect human rights" and in cooperation with the Online Education Studio EdEra.
