Facilitating access to human rights and essential services for internally displaced persons and returnees at the community level, which is being implemented within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine "Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction" for 2023-2026, announces the call for applications for participation in the competition for computer equipment, software for the provision of services to internally displaced persons and returnees.
Local self-government bodies of Ukraine, displaced institutions, institutions in the host communities are invited to participate in the competition.
Only legal entities can participate in the competition.
Application Procedure
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted in electronic form: a completed Google form and an attachment to the application.
The deadline for application is 05.11.2024

II. Annex with technical characteristics and a list of necessary computer hardware/software (Ukrainian)
Based on the results of the competition, up to 4 winners will be selected, who will receive equipment or software worth up to 6,000 euros each.
