The Council of Europe project “Phase II: Support to the Implementation of European Human Rights Standards in Ukraine” is organising a visit of the representative of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner to Brussels, Belgium on 10 June 2026.
We invite you to submit your proposals in accordance with the description of services provided in the tender documentation which concern logistics of the trip and accommodation.
The deadline for submitting tender proposals for participation in the selection process is 27 May 2026, 18:00 EEST.
Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email [email protected] with the following reference in subject: Tender OO/9264/2026/02. Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be submitted at least 1 (one) working day before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address [email protected] with the following reference in subject: Questions_Tender OO/9264/2026/02
Documents to be provided:
- One completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement;
- Registration documents (scanned copies of originals);
- Tenderer’s portfolio describing in detail the scope of services the tenderer provides, previous experience of provision of similar services, and respective technical capacities.
- Documents confirming the experience of organizing similar events abroad.
All documents must be completed, signed and scanned in full (i.e. all pages). It is recommended that scanned documents be provided in PDF format.
If any of the above documents are missing, the Council of Europe reserves the right to reject the tender offer.
