The Call for Tender is launched in the framework of the Council of Europe Project “Safeguarding Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Media in Ukraine” implemented within the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026.

The Call for Tender covers the following thematic areas:

• Freedom of expression and freedom of media
• Freedom of access to information
• Strategic communication, balanced media coverage and preventing information disorder.

Deadline for submissions is 18 March 2024 (23:59 CET)
