Back Call for tender by 16 March 2025: Purchase and delivery of IT equipment (computer equipment/software)

The Council of Europe Project "Facilitating Access to Human Rights and Essential Services for Internally Displaced Persons and Returnees at the community level", currently being implemented within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine "Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction" for 2023-2026, announces the call for applications under the tender procedure for the purchase and delivery of IT equipment (computer equipment/software) for local governments and displaced institutions.

The list of IT equipment and delivery addresses, please find in APPENDIX I - TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR IT EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE to the "Contract" document below.

The deadline for submission of tender proposals is March 16, 2025 at 11:59 p.m . (Kyiv time).

Tender proposals should be submitted exclusively by e-mail (with attachments) to the e-mail address [email protected] with the subject: Tender – 9154/2024/07.

Tender proposals sent to another email address will not be considered.

All questions regarding the tender must be submitted 5 working days before the deadline for submission of applications by 23:59 (Kyiv time) and must be sent exclusively to the [email protected] email address with the subject: Questions - 9154/2024/07.

Documents to be submitted to participate in the tender:

A completed and signed copy of the Applicant's profile and financial offer (APPENDIX II Applicant's profile and financial offer to the "Contract" document) – please find the annex to fill in below;
A completed and signed copy of the Declaration of Agreement (APPENDIX III Declaration of Agreement to the "Contract" document – please find the annex to fill out below;
Registration documents;
List of all owners and executive officers (only for legal entities).

All documents must be submitted in English, except for copies of the company's registration documents.

All documents must be completed, signed, scanned in full (i.e. with all pages) and sent in one document. It is recommended that you provide scanned documents in PDF format.

If any of the documents listed above are missing, the Council of Europe has the right to reject the tender offer.
