The Council of Europe Project “Internal Displacement in Ukraine: Building Solutions. Phase II”, in cooperation with the National School of Judges of Ukraine, has initiated the development of a new course on the judicial protection of IDPs and war-affected people for judges and will hold five thematic workshops on the same topic between July and August 2022. The specialised course and the workshops will contribute to the advancement of the national courts case-law on the human right protection of IDPs and the war-affected people in Ukraine in line with Council of Europe standards.
