The Action “Supporting the effective domestic remedies and facilitating the execution of the ECtHR judgments” continues developing the capacity of Albanian judicial authorities to correctly apply the case law of the European Court of Human Rights on property rights and to effectively implement the Law no. 133/2015 “On the treatment of property and finalisation of the process of compensation of property”.

In this regard an additional regional training on property rights was organised in Shkodër on 12 - 13 June 2018 in close cooperation with the State Advocate’s Office and the School of Magistrates. The training was a valuable opportunity for participants to discuss the practical implementation of the existing legislation with the representatives of the State Advocate’s Office and to further strengthen their knowledge on application of the relevant ECtHR case-law.
