The capacity of the staff of the Office of the State Advocate (OSA) was further strengthened with training on teambuilding and leadership coaching organised by the project. The training was designed in view of the results of the Staff Satisfaction Survey conducted in the Office in October 2024 and the Change Management Strategy presented in September 2024.

The participants of the training engaged in discussions and team exercises designed to help the staff of the OSA work better together to uphold its role as the leading institution providing legal advice to the Government of Malta.

Senior officials of the OSA took part in coaching sessions offered by the project in the framework of its support for creating a sustainable training and coaching program for the OSA.

The EU-CoE Joint Project “Attorney General and State Advocate in Malta - Implementation of action plan of offices re-organisation” is co-funded by the European Union via the Technical Support Instrument, and implemented by the Council of Europe, in cooperation with the European Commission.
