Following the first training on change management to support the re-organisation of the Officeof the State Advocate (OSA) a co-creation Workshop on ”Change management Strategy with an Action Plan” was conducted with the participation of the staff of the OSA on 26 September 2024, in Valletta.

The workshop was organised in the framework of the EU-CoE Joint Project “Attorney General and State Advocate in Malta - Implementation of action plan of offices re-organisation”. 

During the workshop, OSA’s staff  delved into the change management elements and discussed stakeholders’ management and power interest grid in relation to the re-organisation. The development of the Action Plan shall be finalised after the survey amongst the staff of the Office about motivation and some other elements concerning the management of the re-organisation process.

The Project is co-funded by the European Union via the Technical Support Instrument, and implemented by the Council of Europe, in cooperation with the European Commission.
