The Human Rights and Justice Co-operation Department, Division II, of the Directorate General of Human Rights and Rule of Law (DGI) of the Council of Europe is launching a Call for Tenders under the project “Technical Support for More Effective and Resilient National Preventive Mechanisms (NPM)” for the design and development of a digital NPM Recommendation Tracking Tool (matrix) for NPM recommendations.
The Council of Europe is seeking a qualified Provider to design, develop, host and maintain a secure, user-friendly and sustainable digital NPM Recommendation Tracking Tool, including a database and public-facing dashboard, to support the systematic monitoring and follow-up of recommendations issued by the Cypriot NPM, with appropriate data protection and information security measures and training for relevant users.
Interested providers are invited to submit their tenders by 3 November 16h00 (CET), in accordance with the conditions set out in the Tender File.
