The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on Strengthening the capacities of the Albanian judiciary to better apply standards on the right to liberty and security.
The Project is funded by the Human Rights Trust Fund (HRTF)*, and implemented between 1 June 2025 and 31 May 2027. In that context, the Project is looking for Provider(s) for the provision of international consultancy services in the field of pre-trial detention in Albania to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis.

Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address indicated in the Tender File, with the following reference in subject: Tender - International Consultancy Services in the Field of Pre-trial Detention in Albania. Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
Deadline for submission of tenders/offers: 19 March 2025, by 23:59 CET.
