Monaco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Isabelle Berro-Amadeï, will chair in the meeting of the Ministers' Deputies, following the transfer of the Presidency of the Committee of Ministers from the Republic of Moldova to Monaco on 15 May. Following the meeting, at 2 p.m., there will be a flag-raising ceremony organised at the Council of Europe headquarters in presence of the Secretary General Alain Berset.

As with all countries assuming the Presidency, the Monegasque flag will then be raised in Strasbourg city center (3 p.m., Place Broglie). Prior to this, at 2.30 p.m., a tram in the Monegasque Presidency colours will be inaugurated at the “Droits de l'Homme” stop. Minister Berro-Amadeï, Deputy Secretary General Bjørn Berge and Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova, Daniela Cujbă, will take part in the ceremony.
