Speakers International Conference on Human Rights and Environmental Protection

Judge Jon Fridrik Kjølbro was elected to the European Court of Human Rights in 2014 in respect to Denmark and is currently the Vice-President of the Court. Before taking up his judicial office he worked at the Danish Ministry of Justice, where he - amongst other functions - served as the head of the human rights office. He later served as a prosecutor, a judge at the Copenhagen Eastern High Court and the Vice-Chairman of the Danish Refugee Board.
