Martina Malcheva

Martina Malcheva is a Senior Legal Expert at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria (2020-present). Contributor to the Munich Convention on AI, Data and Human Rights. Bulgarian representative at the subregional and national consultations of the UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of Neurotechnology. Contributor to the Neurotechnology Initiative by the INTERPOL Innovation Centre. Researching neurotechnology and fundamental rights as a PhD student (2023-present). Author of multiple research papers on AI, subconscious and liability.
