- “Le Vieux Montmartre” History and Archeology Society (est.1886) built up - over the years and mainly through donations and bequests - collection of more than 6,000 works of art: paintings, sculptures, works of art, prints and photographs, illustrating the history of Montmartre or performed by Montmartrois artists. Its Cultural Center offers many activities to: conferences, performances and cultural visits.
The Museum of Montmartre (Musée de Montmartre) hosts the collections of the History and Archeology Society.
