A 20-member PACE delegation, led by Piero Fassino (Italy, SOC), will travel to Serbia to observe the conduct of the early parliamentary elections, alongside observers from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, European Parliament and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).
