Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) Governing Board and Administrative Council annual joint meeting will take place at the Palais de l’Europe. Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland will attend the event.

An exhibition to mark the 60th anniversary of the CEB establishement will be innagurated at 12.00pm in the Lobby of the Hemicycle.
