Descripción

The Maste-Barendorf History Factory Complex is an industrial settlement from the 19th century consisting of ten buildings. The Municipality of Iserlohn bought and restored the site. Nowadays, the Maste-Barendorf History Factory Complex is an artist and museum village. A Needle Museum (Nadelmuseum) has been set up to illustrate the local manufacture of needles. In the foundry, the process of the casting is displayed.
The Maste-Barendorf History Factory Complex is an Individual Site of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
