- NETZ - Medien und Gesellschaft e.V. is the sponsoring association of the European Culture and Information Center in Thuringia, EKT, working as the European contact point for the “VIA REGIA” Cultural Route since it was certified by the Council of Europe. Its goals are contributing to the development of ideas that promote cooperation in Europe, treading paths that give these thoughts practical effects and encouraging as many citizens as possible to perceive the values that "Europe" can embody as an impetus for their own way of life.
