Descripción

The Museum of the Art of Woolmaking is located in the restored Stia woollen mill complex (Lanificio di Stia). An ancient production site spreading the textile culture of the Casentino Region, the complex is today a magnificent example of industrial archaeology, and hosts an interactive museum on the history of local textile manufacture.
The Museum of the Art of Woolmaking is an Anchor Point the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
