Dr Wolfram Schulz, International Study Director, Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). Dr Wolfram Schulz has been working at ACER since 2001. He has ample experience with the analysis of large‐scale survey data, sampling procedures and item response modelling methods. He holds a degree in Political Science and a doctorate degree in Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Rostock.
