The Council of Europe’s Committee of Experts on the Operation of European Conventions on Co-operation in Criminal Matters (PC-OC / Terms of reference / List of Conventions) is the forum in which, since 1981, experts from all member and observer states and organisations come together to elaborate ways to improve international co-operation in criminal matters and identify solutions to practical problems encountered in the application of Council of Europe Conventions in this field. Conference on Strengthening international cooperation in criminal matters

On 5 May 2021, under the aegis of the Chairmanship of Germany of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, a Conference "Strengthening international cooperation in criminal matters: Extradition and Mutual Legal Assistance" was organised online.

The Conference addressed the issue of cooperation between the Council of Europe member States and the European Public Prosecutor's Office and included three online workshops related to extradition. You will find below the programme, as well as the presentations in their original language:
