Hungary ratifies Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters
Hungary deposited instruments of ratification of the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (ETS n° 182). The entry into force of the Protocol concerning Hungary is foreseen on 1st of May 2018.
This brings the number of States having ratified the Convention to 38.
6 States (Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Russian Federation, Spain) have signed but have not yet ratified this Additional Protocol.
The 30th meeting of the PC-OC Mod will take place on 16-17 March 2021 and will be held remotely in English via our BlueJeans platform.
