The European Union/Council of Europe Action “Supporting effective domestic remedies and facilitating the execution of the European Court of Human Right judgments” continues developing the capacity of Albanian judicial authorities to correctly apply the case law of the European Court of Human Rights on property rights and to effectively implement the Law no. 133/2015 “On the treatment of property and finalisation of the process of compensation of property”.

In this context, three regional training sessions were organised with 40 judges and legal advisors from basic and appellate courts in close cooperation with the School of Magistrates on practical application of the commentary to the Law no. 133/2015 recently developed under the Action.
