Resolving the judicial proceedings within a reasonable time - Series of Webinars for the Common Courts of Georgia

The first meeting from the series of webinars “Judicial proceedings within a reasonable time” initiated for judges and staff gathered 75 participants from the Common Courts of Georgia.

The webinars will provide to the participants the concepts, tools, and examples about the development, deployment, and monitoring of judicial timeframes to pursue a reasonable length of judicial proceedings.

The activities are designed to highlight the importance of the judicial proceedings resolved in a reasonable time and to share the relevant policies and actions helping in reaching that goal.

The webinars are organised by the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ).

This activity was a part of the Project "Enhancing the Accountability and the Efficiency of the Judicial System and the Professionalism of Lawyers in Georgia" co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe, within the framework of Partnership for Good Governance (PGG II).
