CALL FOR TENDERS BY THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE
FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR
«IT support services for external offices»
1. Subject
The Secretary General of the Council of Europe has decided to launch a call for tenders to select Providers to supply services for maintaining the information technology infrastructure and providing desktop support in the Council of Europe’s external offices.
2. Context
The works shall be carried out on premises in External offices of the Council of Europe.
3. Criteria
To be able to participate in this call for tenders, the firms must meet the criteria below and also not fall within the scope of the exclusion criteria set out in the Tendering Rules:
- Being a registered natural person or a legal person except consortia in the country covered by the lot concerned
- Being able, as a Provider, to demonstrate 3 years of experience of providing IT support services to international organisations or national public administrations or institutions in the country/jurisdiction covered by the lot concerned.
4. Access to the call for tenders file
Tenders must be sent to the Council of Europe electronically via e-procurement (offer created inside the tool and submitted before the deadline).
Electronic copies must be sent via e-procurement only. Tenders submitted by any other mean (including using the Messages functionality) will be excluded from the procedure; no paper hardcopies are required.
