Round Table:  putting sports facilities on the map

Several countries across Europe have either developed, or are in the throes of developing, an on-line mapping tool listing sports facilities in their towns and cities, so that they can better plan their investments and make maximum use of existing facilities. So far, there has been no international consultation within these projects.  Having identified this as a common interest between its states, EPAS invited experts to attend a Round Table event where countries who have developed such geographical data systems could share their experience, discuss the benefits and pitfalls as well as give advice on technical issues.
