Mr. Ivars PUNDURS, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of Latvia, signed in  the presence of the Deputy Secretary General, the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No. 215).

Latvia is the 29th Council of Europe member State having signed the "Macolin Convention", in addition to the three which have ratified the Convention.
