The Council of Europe is currently analysing the possible revision of the European Sports Charter (ESC). In that context, it is looking for a supplier to provide:
- an impact assessment of the ESC;
- a feasibility study providing recommendations for the possible revision of the ESC including a draft revision of it, based on the impact assessment and feasibility study;
- two presentations:
- on the results of the impact assessment, to be given at the meeting of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport’s Governing Board on 5-6 June 2019, and
- on the feasibility study, at a seminar with the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport’s (EPAS) Governing Board in the second half of 2019.
