The Covid-19 situation is evolving fast in France and elsewhere. The Council of Europe’s cooperation programmes continue to carry out activities to the best extent possible, with everybody’s safety as the foremost concern.

Some events will be organised by videoconference and some other action will be replaced by written procedures. Partners will be informed of any necessary changes at earliest convenience.
