On 16 November at the presidency of the council of ministers premises in Rome, MedNET steering committee adopted its 2017 activity report along with a balanced work programme for 2018 including country activities and a new regional activity.

It welcomed the voluntary contribution from Switzerland. Finally The committee including Croatia as new Member country adopted the consensus document proposed by France as «feuille de route» for the network.
