Last week, Mr Jan Malinowski, Executive Secretary of the Pompidou Group, Mr José Manuel Holgado Merion, Director General, Mr Pedro Garrido Roca, Brigadier General, Mr Pablo Martín Alonso, Lieutenant General and Mr Laurentino Ceña Coro, Lieutenant General, from the Spanish Guardia Civil opened the first two-day General Aviation conference ‘A blind spot in drug enforcement!’ in Madrid.

They welcomed over a hundred participants from ten international organisations and thirty-five countries of Europe, North and South America, Africa, The Middle East and Asia. During the past two days several speakers shared their experience in the field and ideas to improve policies and methodologies in the near future.
