Back Call for Tenders for the provision of services related to website upgrade (CEJJ, Tunisia)

Within the framework of the EU/CoE joint programme "Improving the functioning, performance and access to justice in Tunisia" (AP-JUST), the Council of Europe is implementing project activities aimed at the specific objective of selection, indexation and digitalisation of the caselaw of Tunisian high courts.

In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for a service provider in the area of creation/upgrade/improvement of websites in order to support the implementation of the project activities in cooperation with the Centre of Legal and Judicial Studies of Tunisia (CEJJ).

For information, negotiations are underway between the European Union and the Council of Europe on the extension of the programme APJUST (current end date 31/12/2021). The contracts will be concluded and the services will be required solely subject to granting the approval of the programme extension.

Deadline for submission of tenders is 12 December 2021.

Tenders must be sent to the Council of Europe electronically. Electronic bids shall be sent only to DGI.Justice.Reform.Unit1@coe.int with the subject line «Appel d’offres_Site Web CEJJ_Conseil de l’Europe_ Tunisie». Tenders submitted to another e-mail account will be excluded from the procedure.
