The Council of Europe Project “Internal Displacement in Ukraine: Building Solutions” is launching a tender procedure for provision of national expertise aimed at enhancement of the competencies of internally displaced persons and displaced professionals and strengthening the legal and regulatory framework on internal displacement.

Deadline for the submission of offers: 5 September 2018.

Tenders with attachments should be sent to [email protected] with the subject: Call for national consultants on IDPs issues.

Documents after the deadline and filled inappropriately will not be considered.

All questions shall be submitted at least 3 (three) working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address [email protected]  with the following reference in subject: Questions, Call for national consultants.
