HELP course on Ethics for Judges, Prosecutors and Lawyers is now available in Ukrainian.

The online course has been developed in 2020-2021 by the Council of Europe HELP Programme under the EU-CoE “HELP in the EU II” project, in cooperation with several Council of Europe entities/services such as the Secretariats of the Venice Commission, the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) and the Consultative Councils of European Judges and Prosecutors (CCJE and CCPE) as well as the Registry of the European Court of Human Rights.

The course is primarily addressed to judges, prosecutors, and lawyers, but can be also interesting for other legal professionals as well as university students and civil society organisations.

The course consists of 2 general modules on Introduction, and International and European Framework, as well as 3 specific modules for judges, prosecutors and lawyers, respectively.

The Ukrainian translation of the course is publicly available on the HELP online platform http://help.elearning.ext.coe.int/. To access the course, it is necessary to open a HELP account if it has not been done yet.

The course was translated within the framework of the Council of Europe Project “Human Rights Compliant Criminal Justice System in Ukraine”, which is part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2022.
