Back Committee of Ministers' decisions on the execution of European Court of Human Rights judgments

The Committee of Ministers today published the decisions and resolutions adopted at its 1243rd special “human rights” meeting (8-9 December 2015) during which it has examined the state of implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.

The list of the cases which were subjected to a more detailed examination is presented on the website of the Department for the Execution of Judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, as well as on that of the Committee of Ministers.

The texts adopted concern Albania, Azerbaijan, Belgium, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, the Republic of Moldova, Poland, the Russian Federation, Serbia, “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia”, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.

The Committee of Ministers’ next special Human Rights meeting is scheduled on 8-10 March 2016. The list of cases foreseen for examination during that meeting is already available.
