Albanian mayors have gathered in Durres, Albania to complete Stage 3 of the Centre of Expertise Leadership Academy Programme (LAP). The 3rd Stage of LAP develops the capacities of leaders to share a clear vision for their organisation and understand key challenges to influence systems.

Participants have been exploring the importance of the intersection between legality, ethics and effectiveness in public decision-making; recognising the necessity to develop civil participation strategies; and understanding the role of public ethics, integrity and accountability in promoting good governance at local level.
