The European Committee of Social Rights adopts a revised version of its Rules

The European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) adopted amendments to its Rules during its 328th session on 6 July 2022.

One of the changes concerns a non-substantive editorial change on page 2. Other changes concern in particular Article 21A§1 (Comments on national reports) with the rewording of its paragraph 1 and Articles 32 (Third party intervention) and 32A (Request for observations) where it is specified that the respondent State and the organisation that lodged the complaint are invited to respond to the observations, thus reinforcing the adversarial principle.
