305th session of the European Committee of Social Rights

The European Committee of Social Rights will hold its 305th session from 18 to 20 March 2019 in Strasbourg.

The Committee will examine several pending collective complaints and will take stock of the situation related to the procedure provided for by Article 22 of the European Social Charter on “non-accepted provisions”.

In the course of the meeting, the newly elected member of the Committee, Ms Tatiana Puiu, will make the solemn declaration pursuant to Rule 4 of the Committee’s Rules.
