Two more countries sign Convention 108+ : a nice 1st anniversary

On 16 May, almost one year after its adoption by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs Poland and Slovenia have signed the Protocol amending the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Processing of Personal Data, during a ceremony organised on the occasion of the Committee of Ministers 129th meeting in Helsinki.

Convention 108+ now counts 29 signatory states which are hoped to take necessary steps towards its ratification.
