Among the activities of personal data protection authorities, control is of particular importance, both in terms of prevention and advice to those responsible for processing personal data, as well as for its possible law enforcement function.
As part of the Council of Europe's Neighborhood Partnership with Morocco 2018-2021, and in order to support the CNDP in this function, capacity building for executives of the National Commission for Personal Data Protection ( CNDP) was initiated by a first workshop intended to draw up an inventory of training needs, in addition to the procedures and tools to be put in place. This workshop will soon be followed by a training session.
The workshop took place online on October 05th 2020 and is part of the " Support to personal data protection in Morocco" project.
