On 24 January 2020 the Russian Federation ratified the Additional Protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism (CETS No. 217). The Additional Protocol will enter into force concerning Russian Federation on 1 May 2020. This brings the number of ratifications/accessions to this Protocol up to 20.
