On 21 October 2016, the PECK II Project organised a workshop to review legal, institutional and operational whistleblowing mechanisms in Kosovo. Following an initial scoping mission in June 2016 and preliminary analysis, two Council of Europe experts presented relevant Technical Papers with main findings and recommendations and discussed outstanding issues with concerned beneficiaries and stakeholders. The Technical Papers will be finalised based on the discussions held during the workshop. In addition, further activities related to whistleblowing mechanisms will be supported by PECK II Project taking into account the workshop outcomes.
