Morocco acceded to
- the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (ETS No. 108) and
- the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, regarding supervisory authorities and transborder data flows (ETS No. 181).

24 May 2019

Tunisia signed the Protocol amending the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (CETS No. 223).

22 May 2019

Morocco ratified the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 Protocol (ETS No. 127).

16 May 2019

Switzerland ratified the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No. 215).

Slovenia signed the Protocol amending the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (CETS No. 223).

The Slovak Republic ratified the Additional Protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism (CETS No. 217).

San Marino signed
- the Council of Europe Convention on Access to Official Documents (CETS No. 205),
- the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No. 215) and
- the Protocol amending the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons (CETS No. 222).

Poland signed the Protocol amending the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (CETS No. 223).

Ireland signed without reservation as to ratification the Council of Europe Convention on Cinematographic Co-Production (revised) (CETS No. 220).

Iceland signed the Council of Europe Convention on Access to Official Documents (CETS No. 205).

Germany signed
- the Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (ETS No. 86),
- the Fourth Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (CETS No. 212) and
- the Protocol amending the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons (CETS No. 222).

The Czech Republic ratified
- the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine concerning Genetic Testing for Health Purposes (CETS No. 203) and
- the Council of Europe Convention on an Integrated Safety, Security and Service Approach at Football Matches and Other Sports Events (CETS No. 218).

Croatia signed
- the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No. 215) and
- the Council of Europe Convention on an Integrated Safety, Security and Service Approach at Football Matches and Other Sports Events (CETS No. 218)
and ratified the Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs (CETS No. 216).

Andorra ratified Protocol No. 16 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (CETS No. 214).
