The Council of Europe has issued a call for tenders for the provision of international consultancy services in the field of local democracy, ethics, anti-corruption and organisational development.
This call for tenders has been launched as part of the “Strengthening the Communities Association of Armenia and transparent, participatory local governance in Armenia” Project in order to support its implementation with a particular expertise. The Project’s goal is to improve the quality of local democracy in Armenia and enhance citizens’ trust in local authorities by strengthening the voice of communities and the accountability, effectiveness and inclusiveness of local self-government bodies.
The expected start date is 16 September 2019. The deadline for tendering is 21 July 2019.
