Back 1313th meeting of the Ministers' Deputies (10 April 2018)

At their meeting on 10 April, the Ministers' Deputies authorised the Secretary General to sign a revised Memorandum of Understanding with the European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture (ERIAC). The Council of Europe and the ERIAC share the goal of promoting arts and culture as a means to promote human rights and thereby to tackle anti-Gypsyism and discrimination against Roma in Europe.

The Deputies took note of the final report on the implementation of the Action Plan 2015-2017 for Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the final part of the implementation period, the Action Plan focused on improving the capacities of the prison and police authorities, specialised State agencies, local authorities, independent regulatory bodies, parliamentarians, Roma, media and civil society through multilateral, regional and country-based actions.

Finally, in their composition restricted to representatives of the States Parties to the Convention on the Elaboration of a European Pharmacopoeia,[1] the Deputies adopted a resolution on the classification of medicines as regards their supply, which replaces Resolution ResAP(2007)1. The aim of the revision was to adapt the resolution to changes in the regulatory and scientific context of the classification of medicines. More information ...
