At their 1302bis meeting, the Ministers' Deputies held an exchange of views with Mr Michele Nicoletti, Rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly, in the framework of his report "Call for a Council of Europe summit to reaffirm European unity and to defend and promote democratic security in Europe".

The Deputies also held an exchange of views with Mr Andreas Kiefer, Secretary General of the Congress, following his communication about the last Session (18-20 October 2017) and the current and future activities of the Congress.

Finally, the Deputies adopted a resolution on principles concerning haemophilia therapies.
